Now that sounded far more like her kind of thing. Deborah shot Faye a smirk, an evil glint in her eyes. “Surely the first would ultimately lead to the latter. Unless it landed us in jail.” She had to laugh at that. There wasn’t a jail on the planet that could hold them if they didn’t want to be there. They were hot chicks with superpowers and they could do whatever they wanted.
“Oh jail, I’m scared,” Faye replied with a laugh and a roll of her eyes. It wouldn’t have been their first time and most likely wouldn’t be their last. “A combination of the two it is, then,” she replied as she looked around for something to blow up. Faye was still only one of two people who could control fire and because of that it was her favorite element. She could play with fire for hours. “Hmm,” she said before her eyes landed on an empty barrel. “And we will start with that,” she said as she focused her energy on the barrel. It was a minor explosion because there wasn’t anything in it, but it got attention.
Does anyone want plot with Faye? I do bookverse (Mila Kunis gifs), showverse (Phoebe Tonkin gifs) and TVD verse (can use either Mila or Phoebe/can play her either by books or show in this verse, but am willing to use Mila for show!Faye in this verse to avoid Hayley confusion.)
It was clear to Deborah that some of Faye’s dislike of Cassie stemmed from jealously. Cassie had the power, Cassie had the loyalty and love of the rest of the circle, Cassie had Diana, Cassie had Adam and Nick and even on occasions Chris and Doug fawning after her (Sean didn’t count, Sean fawned after everyone). Deborah didn’t see the fascination, but boys and their toys. Speaking of boys, Deb could only hope that Faye’s idea of ‘fun’ didn’t involve trying to find hot boys around town or something similar. Boys really weren’t Deborah’s scene. Still, she stood up loyally and smiled at Faye. “Sure.”
Faye did definitely like her guys, especially her “pizza man” game, but she was more in the mood to mess with people. While Diana stressed the importance of Faye being responsible with her powers now that she was in a leadership position, Faye liked to show that she was a leader by not listening to everything Princess Diana told her to do. “Should we blow something up, or remind the Outsiders who really run the town?” Faye asked Deborah as she walked out of the diner.
Not gonna lie, I’m at below 200 followers but that’s fine. I’ve hit 100 followers a week back, and I’ve been debating whether to do this and then I submitted. I’m Ha-My, but most called me Hammy. That was true. Sort of. Nick had never been the most outgoing of people, he didn’t much like their magic and he tended to keep to himself, but he could be fun once he’d had a drink or twelve. “Everyone loves her,” Deborah commented. Eve she’d warmed to the brunette slightly, once Cassie had come out of her shell. Of course, they hadn’t exactly shared much in the way of conversation except that one time Deb had taken her out on her bike. “The Hendersons are…wild.” That was an understatement. The biker smirked slightly. She liked spending time with Chris and Doug, they respected her and she respected them for that. “Lor, Mel, Ads, Cassie, even Lady Di; they’re all boring. No sense of adventure.”
Faye rolled her eyes. Even Diana loved Cassie like the sister she never had, but saw Faye as the burden of a cousin. It was true that Cassie had become the group’s golden girl. It wasn’t hard to see that even Faye’s closest friends had warmed up to her. Yet, when it came down to it, Deborah and Suzan still liked Faye more. That was the only thing that kept her from continuing to ostracize the girl. “Whatever,” she commented with a shrug. “Come on, let’s go find some real fun.” She tossed some bills on the table to pay for her drink before getting up.
So, maybe she felt a little bit sorry for him, but clearly he was trying to get over Cassie in his own way. By throwing himself into working on the mustang and that was fine with her. She didn’t care. Maybe a little bit. She let out a soft laugh as Faye asked about him. “Yeah, only he’s not calling it moping, he’s calling it brooding. All dark and pensive. If he ever decides to leave the house again then he’ll have a dozen girls after him just because he’s dark and mysterious.” Deborah leaned back in her seat. “Chris and Doug aren’t so bad,” she pointed out. “And Laurel’s been really good about fixing me up with stuff for my arm. Not that that makes her any less boring.” Gods, Laurel could be so boring sometimes. All the time.
“He used to be fun before Cassandra came to town,” Faye commented. She didn’t hate the brunette as much as she had when she first came to town, but they certainly had their differences. Faye had had her own brand of fun with Nick before Cassie made him into a lovesick puppy. “I can deal with the Hendersons,” she answered with a shrug. “Laurel is too close to Diana. She agrees with her on everything.” Faye might be one third of the leadership now, but it didn’t feel like it.
Nick loved his ‘stang, she loved her Harley, vehicles were something they could both agree on. Except when they both wanted the garage for working on said vehicles. “Yep. He put the ‘stang up on blocks again right in the way of everything.” She rolled her eyes. “I decided that you’d been denied my presence far too long.”
Faye wondered how much of it was really Nick kicking Deborah out and how much of it was pity. “Can’t really deny that you two are related,” Faye commented with a laugh. She never got cars. She didn’t care. Give her magic, fire and boys and she was good. “Is he still moping?” she added after a moment. It hadn’t been all that long since Cassie and Adam had gotten together and she had barely seen Nick these days. “Considering I can’t stand any of these losers except for you and Suzan, any time is too long.”
